Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zlar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Service Description

Zlar is a condominium management platform that provides tools for property administrators to manage condominiums, owners, financial records, meetings, and documents.

Data Isolation

Zlar uses a multi-tenant architecture where each organization's data is logically isolated. Your data is only accessible to members of your organization with appropriate roles and permissions.

User Obligations

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service only for lawful purposes related to condominium management
Not share account access with unauthorized individuals

Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time through Settings > Privacy. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations (financial records: 10 years, meeting minutes: 5 years). A 30-day cooling-off period applies before permanent deletion.

Limitation of Liability

Zlar provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Zlar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
